You would think that it would be an easy task finding the best body lotion for extra dry skin. After all, every one of the major cosmetics companies has laid claim to having the most effective formula available. It amazes me though those with all of these so-called “miracle” formulas that are supposedly out there that so many people still suffer from skin issues. Is there really a lotion for dry skin that lives up to these promises?
