Why are girls falling for effeminate men these days?
Have you also noticed this trend? It seems as if girls are bored/frusterated/ or something with the stereotypical male. Just a few decades ago, guys like Gerard Way, and Johnny Depp would be considered fags, but now women think they are outrageously sexy. Do you know why this is?

I think the days of the cool dudes are about over. Why? Because the guys today are trying to get every girl they meet into bed on the first date. How crude. I have more respect for myself than to date a guy like that. I want a guy who can be tender with me, like me for myself and not be pawing at me five minutes into the date. A long-term plan to burn fat must include exercise as well as an eating plan. Dieting doesn’t work for long-term weight loss and neither does exercising for a short time doing something you don’t like. There’s a huge market for fitness gadgets, but gadgets won’t usually help you feel better and lose weight.
There’s a reason the term “burn fat” is used so much. Just losing weight, what the scales show, is not worth much. In truth most “weight loss” is a combination of water loss, fat loss and muscle mass loss. Water loss comes right back. And muscle mass loss is a disaster long-term. So what most weight loss should be is actually fat loss.
Exercise combined with the right kind of eating is the key to long-term weight loss, or fat loss. Healthy eating is really a combination of eating a sensible balance of proteins, healthy fats and carbohydrates. The carbohydrates should be carefully chosen and eaten in moderation. Highly processed carbohydrates and all simple sugars should be avoided. Do not overly restrict carbohydrates and engage in strenuous exercise.
How is the best way to pick fat burning exercise? It depends on your current condition and level of fitness. For sedentary people, walking is a great exercise to start. All that is required is comfortable shoes and out the door you go. Really any activity is a good way to start. What do you enjoy doing? Gardening? Washing floors! Bicycling. Swimming. Just pick something and get started.
Multiple sessions a day is preferable. For walking, three fifteen or twenty minute walks is ideal. But one longer period is OK too. For aerobic activity, it’s good to get your heart rate up to 60 to 80 percent of maximum. A close estimate of your maximum heart rate is 220 minus your age. Don’t exercise too much or too long especially at first or you risk doing more harm than good. Include warm ups and stretching as an important part of your routine.
As you continue an exercise program, you’ll find you can do more. And the more you do, the more you can do. Then you’ll start to feel better and your whole attitude may change just from getting in better shape.
At some point, many people enjoy some kind of weight training as a way to build muscle and burn fat. Weight training is a great part of an overall fitness program. But be careful since the risk of injury is high with weight lifting if you don’t get the proper training.
The real key to burning fat with exercise is to just get started with something you enjoy. Then combine sensible eating with exercise and you’re on the road to fat loss and feeling better.
