good treatment for burn relief?
last night i started a fire with grease in a hot pan and moved it (stupidly) and the fire spread to my clothes. it went through my wool sweater, another sweater and burned my skin. its only a minor burn with two blisters and a bigger one; compared to what wouldve happened if i hadnt being wearing all the clothes. but what can i do to treat this minor burn and speed up the healing process?

Second-degree burns are the most common kitchen burns; these burns go through the top skin layer producing throbbing pain and blistering which then can break open into a raw, “wet-looking?wound. These burns can take up to 3 weeks or more to heal and can leave the new skin oddly colored.
The problem with second degree burns is that the rawness of the wound and the time it takes to heal make these prime sites for secondary infections by bacteria and other pathogenic agents. This is what was happening to Stacie’s burn.
