Also, we are going to start taking it as we are going to Egypt in two months and is it ok to take B Complex with the following tablets.
1. Female on constant High Blood Pressure tablets
2. Male on daily penecillin
3. Male on constant Erythyomycin!

hello, i take vitamin B Complex aswell i take it after my breakfast, as the directions say to take preferably with a meal, if your like me by lunch time i would of forgotten i keep them in the bathroom next to toothbrush, i would check with your G.P first to make sure it is o.k to take them just incase it does interfer with your medication, if he does say is o.k when taking them, your notice when you go to the toilet your urine will be bright yellow do not worry it is normal as vitamin B is water-soluble and it is not stored in the body and is losted through sweating and urination. Best one to get is a timed-released one then it will be released into the body through out the day, any that has been lost will be top up again. hope you found this useful.
The Peranakan are an ethnic group of people in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. They were some of the very first Chinese immigrants to these regions and have over time have acquired Malay traditions. These early Chinese immigrants may have also inter-married with the Malay populations in the area. The male descendants are commonly called as Babas and the female descendants are commonly referred to as Nyonya. The Peranakan Place museum stood in Singapore and gave an insight in to the lives of the Peranakan people.
The history of the Peranakan people goes back as far as the 1400s to 1500s. Most of the Peranakan people were rich and much of what we know today of them come from the various artifacts that they have left behind. Some of these artifacts include their furniture, apparel and many other things.
Six Chinese baroque terrace buildings make up the Peranakan Place, which in fact makes it a complex actually rather than one single building. The Peranakan people have a rather distinct set of culture, cuisines and architecture. There are also the Peranakan shop houses in Singapore. Much of these shop houses were created in the 1900s, mostly during the earlier parts of the 1900s. Their architectures have an old world touch to them and contain floral tiles, pastel walls and forecourts fashioned in Chinese styles. The wooden doors have wonderful carvings and are very elegant as well.
So if one want to learn more about the Peranakan people and take a peek into their lives a good idea would be to head to the Peranakan Place Complex. And of course one would have to find Singapore accommodation. A good place to stay would be in a Singapore hotel.
